Indications:
Cerebrolysin is a medicine that supports your brain functions. It acts as a natural nerve growth factor.
Cerebrolysin is used to treat:
- Organic, metabolic and neurodegenerative brain dysfunctions, especially senile dementia of the Alzheimer's type.
- Post-stroke complications;
- Post-operative head injuries, concussions or concussions.
 
Contraindications:
Do not use Cerebrolysin:
- if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to Cerebrolysin or any of the other ingredients.
 
Method of administration:
Single doses of up to 50 ml of injection solution/concentrate for infusion solution can be administered, but treatment in courses is preferable. An optimal recommended course of treatment involves daily administration for 10 - 20 days.
 
Composition:
- The active substance is hydrolysate from porcine brain protein in the form of a concentrated solution. One ml of solution for injection/concentrate for solution for infusion contains 215.2 mg of porcine brain protein hydrolysate as a concentrated solution (Cerebrolysin concentrate).
- The other ingredients are: sodium hydroxide, water for injections.
