Indications:
Aspacardin is part of the group of medicines called mineral supplements, potassium medicines. It acts on the heart and blood vessels and is used as an adjuvant therapy in adults in coronary artery disease (disease of the blood vessels of the heart), in certain cardiac rhythm disorders and for the prevention of heart rhythm disorders that may occur after treatment with some medicines called tonic cardiac glycosides.
Contraindications:
Do not use Aspacardin:
- if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to the active substances or to any of the other ingredients of Aspacardin.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding:

Driving and using machines:
Aspacardin does not affect the ability to drive or use machines.

Composition:
- The active substances are: racemic potassium hydrogen aspartate hemihydrate and racemic magnesium aspartate tetrahydrate. One tablet contains 180 mg of racemic potassium hydrogen aspartate hemihydrate (equivalent to 39 mg of potassium) and 180 mg of racemic magnesium aspartate tetrahydrate (equivalent to 12 mg of magnesium).
